FIP Academy is the official education and training platform of the International Padel Federation (FIP), created for those who wish to develop their involvement in Padel from a professional, educational, or recreational perspective.

It offers official FIP certifications that qualify holders to work internationally at official events according to the level achieved. Its content, designed by international experts, is structured into three main pillars:

Fiplab

FIP Lab is FIP Academy’s knowledge and innovation space, designed to promote the continuous development of Padel through specialised content, analysis, and training resources. It is a dynamic environment where new ideas, trends, and approaches related to sport can be explored, not limited to Padel, but also covering areas such as areas such as research and development (R&D), nutrition, sports psychology and physical performance, among many other aspects.

The content is presented in modern and attractive formats, such as videos, podcasts, webinars, lectures, and data and statistical analysis, creating a space for continuous learning aimed at offering a comprehensive training experience.

How does it work?

FIP Academy’s activities are managed entirely through a digital platform accessible from this website using personal login credentials. From this platform, you can view information, register, and access available content according to the current offerings.

  • The Coaching and Officiating Programmes have different structures in terms of format, duration, and evaluation system, adapted to the level and required skills.
  • There is a specific manual for each Programme, which includes a code of conduct and ensures clear and organised participation.
